2022 has been a great year for music, artists got to experiment and try new sounds while others in the game reinvented themselves and had the opportunity to show that they still got it. Here are some of my favorite albums of the year.

Un Verano Sin Ti
Bad Bunny
Fused with different sounds such as, reggae, reggaeton, Dominican mambo, bachata, merengue and among others Bad Bunny released this album filled with high energy catchy tracks. Un Verano Sin Ti translated to A summer Without you, shows a much more fun side to Benito than his previous album, El Último Tour Del Mundo which was released back in February of 2020. The album still contiues to make an impact on the charts and has became a fan favorite in the Latino community

Renaissance
Beyoncé
Just when you thought Beyoncé couldn't up the ante, she surprises us once again. Renaissance shows its appreciation to club/house music and the album is a love letter to the black community and the ball scene. It is a dance record from beginning to end filled with the essence and soul of emancipation and libeartion. My recommendation is to listen to it from beginning to end to appreciate the perfect transitions from song to song. Renaissance is a 3 part project, hang on tight we have two more parts to go.

Dirt Femme
Tove Lo
Tove Lo pronounced Too-veh-Loo, gives us a catchy and immaculate pop album that pop aficionados have been waiting for. All tracks on the album play a tribute to her own femininity and takes listeners on a journey where she is not afraid to sing about her insecurites, her struggles with body image and her sexuality.

The Weeknd
The Weeknd is never affraid to step out of the box, experiement and try different sounds. Dawn FM gives an 80's R&B and Disco vibes filled with dark tones.​

Harry Styles
Harry's House is able to remove Harry from his boy group image into his own persona. Filled with pop, funk and folk the album is a fun journey from beginning to end that exudes charm and charisma.
